A special THANK YOU to:
Voodoo Fest organizers, staff, security, volunteers, crew, artists, bands, all the fun and festive festival go~ers, bartenders, cooks, EMTs, the NOPD, City Park and the city of NOLA
for another amazing live music experience!!!!
This was the best "experience" yet! It was difficult to beat last year's festival; but, VOODOO 2009 did just that. Well, KISS was there!!!!! Headlining on Halloween night! It just can't get much better than that!
So many other incredible artists were there as well! I do believe AMERICAN BANG is my new favorite new band! MuteMath, Wolf Mother and Jane's Addiction were all wonderful too.
The Flaming Lips, Down and Lenny Kravitz should be annual Voodoo Fest artists (in my humble opinion)! And, before anyone asks: OF COURSE KISS should be there every year!!!
(pssst.... how about a little of that "Finnish" flavor next year?)
A dash of Apocalyptica, pinch of Nightwish, smidgen of Children of Bodom,
a taste of The 69 Eyes, a touch of Negative,
and a full serving of HIM!
That would be very nice, I think!
