Mr. B. B. King was absolutely phenomenal Sunday night!!!!!! The man (the legend/the master) is 87 years old and he's still got it. He gave my chills, chills when he played 'The Thrill is Gone" and "Rock Me, Baby". Well, "Rock Me, Baby" gave my chills, chills; THEN defrosted me and got me feeling warm and tingly... all over! I had to step outside for a smoke and a cool down after that one!
He was THAT good!!!
Of course, while outside I did snap a few photos of some wonderful people (and finally found Mr. James Booker's panel on the Tip's Walk of Fame ~ thanks to some of those wonderful people helping me search!)!!! Yes, I did take a picture of that too, of course! And Fats and The Dixie Cups and some wonderful security folks.
I had to "fuss" a lovely young couple for littering on Ms. Mahalia Jackson. Yep, got a picture of the despicable culprits too!

Then, I realized I had spent way too much time outside (chit chatting and photographing ~ but, the people at/outside Tipitina's are always so nice and fun) and had better get myself back inside to (better) hear some LIVE Mr. B. B. King. So, I did.
In conclusion, I thoroughly enjoyed my Sunday Night at Tipitina's (of course) and I (still and even moreso) LOVE me some B.B. KING!!!!!!
